Dry / Wet Risers
Dry / Wet risers must be inspected and serviced twice (one major and one minor service) a year to conform with the requirements of BS9990:2006.
Major Service
This service requires a full wet test of the system at a pressure of 10 bar for a minimum of 15 minutes as per our Method Statement.
Minor Service
General inspection of pipe work, valves and inlets.
We are able to offer any parts found to be required following our routine maintenance visits e.g
- Air Valves
- Straps and Padlocks
- Landing Valves
- Inlet Breeching
- Cabinets
- Drain Valves
- Glass and Signage
